What is Your Policy On Returns?

We accept returns as long as the product is not damaged in any way.
Each order should come with a return address printed on the parcel, however if you have lost this address please contact us via the 'contact' link in the nav bar for the return address and details.
You will have to pay the postage charge if sending products back to us.

3. For international orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping.

We now ship worldwide and the postage option will be available when purchasing.
Please note delivery time for international orders will be considerably longer.

If you're country is not available as a postage option, please choose a county close to you and let us know where to post to in the PayPal 'Add a Note' option.
